2022 has seen the partnership between the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation and Blackwood go from strength to strength.
Blackwood, a leading Executive Search firm based in London, is now in its 3rd year of supporting the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation. The partnership developed significantly in 2022 and now includes 3 elements: an employee engagement programme entailing Blackwood employees working on our programme; providing dual branded learning resources to the young people on our programmes and underwriting the costs to our annual cycle ride fundraiser.
Quote from Tim Shutt, Director of Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation: “There is clear alignment between the social purpose of Blackwood and our charitable objectives including social change, social mobility, learning and wellbeing. Add to that their London presence and the fact our programmes cater for many inner London groups. We are so grateful for Blackwood’s support. It was particularly pleasing to involve their employees within our programmes as they all displayed a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.”
Quote from Blackwood employee:
I have hugely enjoyed my time volunteering for such an amazing cause. The young people which have attended the ACCF throw themselves into every activity and it is so pleasing seeing their confidence grow throughout the day and come away from the day with many new learnt skills. I am so looking forward to the continued relationship with ACCF.

Quote from Blackwood management:
“Partnering with The ACCF throughout the course of this year has been a hugely rewarding experience for Blackwood. Now more than ever, it is crucially important to support young people and give them access to outdoor, mind expanding and fun experiences. It is the opportunity for them to explore new places, partake in new activities and broaden their mind in ways that they haven’t been able too before. The ACCF does exactly this in a truly wonderful setting. It’s a pleasure to support the ACCF and we look forward to continuing to build our relationship with them.”
