Alumni Stories
Many former attendees have stayed connected with us and shared how their time at ACCF has impacted their lives. One great example is Arfan Akram, now an ACCF Trustee and a member of the MCC Board. We were proud to kick off our ACCF Alumni Stories series with an inspiring interview featuring Arfan, where he talks about his journey and the lasting impact of the Foundation.
Arfan first visited ACCF when he was just 10 years old, on a residential trip from Walthamstow — an experience he says empowered him and helped him believe in his own potential. Now, decades later, he reflects on how that early experience shaped his path, both personally and professionally, and shares insights from his current roles in cricket.
