Making a Will is an incredibly personal matter as you consider how best to look after family and friends, and perhaps how you would like to continue to make a difference in the world through a charitable legacy. Leaving a legacy gift to the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation will ensure that future generations can continue to benefit from the Foundation’s work. By including us in your Will, you can help provide life-changing opportunities for young people impacted by inequality of opportunity and disadvantage. Every gift helps us to inspire and support young people through cricket and outdoor learning experiences at Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation. Thank you for considering leaving us a gift. How to leave us a gift in your Will

You can decide what type of gift you want to leave us:

• Residuary gift – a gift of the remainder of the estate after all other bequests have been made.
• Pecuniary or cash gift – you can specify a fixed sum of money

If you already have a Will

You can add a gift to the Foundation by making a simple amendment called a codicil. Your solicitor will require the following registered address and charity details to complete this document:

As a registered charity, any gift left to the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation is exempt from Inheritance Tax. A gift to our Foundation will not only be greatly appreciated but, with current tax rules, it could also reduce the rate of Inheritance Tax from 40% to 36% if 10% of the taxable estate is given to a registered charity.  You should consult with a solicitor or tax advisor to understand how these rules apply to individual circumstances.

Let us know about your gift

If you choose to include a gift to the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation in your Will, we would love the opportunity to express our gratitude. Please get in touch to let us know you are leaving a gift (or you can complete a legacy pledge form) so that we can thank you and show you how your gift will benefit future generations.  We know that some legacy donors prefer to keep their decision private, and we of course respect your desire for anonymity.
