Our Strategy
Our 2026–28 strategy outlines our commitment to supporting the personal, social and educational development of young people. It reflects our belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed.
At its heart, the strategy focuses on creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for even more young people – especially those who will benefit most from our unique programmes at our own Field of Dreams.
Our new 3 year strategy
Our new strategy will be built on strong partnerships and will focus on a series of ambitious objectives that we aim to achieve over the next three years. At the heart of these objectives is our commitment to boosting inclusion, inspiring education and improving mental and physical health by giving young people the tools and confidence they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
Guided by our values and shaped by the needs of the young people we support, our strategy focuses on four key priority areas for growth. These priorities will enable us to deepen our impact, broaden our reach and ensure our charity is equipped to meet the needs of young people both now and in the future.
